1. The service

NextCraft converts 3D models and images into Minecraft builds and runs game servers. It is provided as is, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a purpose.

2. Your uploads

You may only upload files you created or have the rights to use. You keep all rights to your uploads. You grant us the permission needed to process, store and (if you share them) display your uploads and the resulting builds. Do not upload sexual content involving minors, content that is illegal in the EU, hateful content, or other people's trademarks and copyrighted models without permission.

3. Moderation

We may remove builds, block uploads and suspend accounts that break these rules. Use the “Report” link to tell us about problems.

4. AI features

Photo → 3D uses an external AI provider. Results can be wrong or unexpected. Daily limits apply.

5. Minecraft

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Use of our game servers is also subject to the Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines. We never sell gameplay advantages (no pay-to-win).

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise only for breaches of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage, as far as the law allows.
